How do your shirt sizes run?

Our shirts are standard U.S. sizing. Please visit our Size Guide for detailed information.

What material are your shirts made out of?

100% cotton, unless otherwise specified.

Will my shirt shrink?

All of our t-shirts are made with 100% cotton, with that said we always recommend washing your t-shirt inside out with cold water and hang dry or tumble dry low to prevent shrinkage.

Return/Exchange Information

 

Do you guys provide returns or exchanges?

If it looks, smells, feels like you did more than just trying it on or kept it longer than 30 days, Congratulations! Your are now the proud parent of a loved shirt!

I received a damaged/wrong item, what do I do next?

If you received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away so that we may send you further instructions on how to receive an immediate replacement. In addition we ask that you please attach photo evidence of the damaged/wrong item. We will make sure to send your replacement at no cost to you. Any return shipping costs incurred will be reimbursed to you.

I mailed my shirt back, how long will it take for my refund to process?

As soon as our shipping department receives your return, we will notify you and issue a refund. Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to post.

Where do you ship from?

Our shipping warehouse is located in Fountain Valley, CA.

Who is your shipping carrier?

We ship out all packages via United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS

How fast will you ship out my item(s)?

We promptly ship out all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Depends on how many asteroids block the delivery trajectory.

Do you guys ship worldwide?

YES~~as long as it is on Earth! However shipping charges will vary for international orders.

 

How do I change the size/address/name/etc.?

If you need to change any of the details regarding your order, please contact us immediately. We will try out best to accommodate any requests however, we may not be able to change details if the item has already shipped.  

How to I track my package?

Please visit http://www.usps.com and enter tracking number received from shipment confirmation. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

My package did not arrive within its estimated delivery dates. Why?

Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Although we wish the post office was more efficient with their delivery speed, we have no control over their methods. In addition, we are not responsible for delays relating to weather or any unforeseeable events. 

My tracking information shows my package was confirmed delivered but I never received it. What should I do?

First check with your neighbors and/or building manager to see if the package was delivered to the wrong house/unit by mistake. If package is still missing, bring your tracking number to your local post office and let them know the situation to see if they can locate the package. Furthermore, you can talk to the Post Master at your local post office to see if he can locate the carrier who delivered it.

My tracking information shows delivery was attempted on my order and it was marked as “Undeliverable as Addressed”. Why?

Reasons for undeliverable packages:

  • Incorrect address provided. If the address is incorrect, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
  • Carrier cannot deliver package. The U.S. Postal Service does not deliver to some addresses. Please use a P.O. Box if you know your address cannot receive packages. If you have put in a request for address forwarding, please note that the U.S. Postal Service does not forward packages.
  • Refused by recipient. If the recipient is not expecting the order, they may refuse the package when it arrives from the carrier. You may want to let the recipient know that they should expect a package delivered to their address.

Please note that if your tracking information to reflects “Undeliverable/Insufficient as addressed” USPS immediately returns the package to sender. Once your package arrives to our warehouse, we will notify you and process your order for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Do you guys ship on weekends?
